‘Eater Eats Under $9

The Hat is the home of the "World Famous Pastrami." Thinly sliced pastrami is layered and stacked onto a soft French bread roll, topped with mustard and pickles. The pastrami is so thin and so soft that it makes you wonder how so much flavor can possibly be packed into these slices. BCBG, an acronym for the French slang saying, "bon chic, bon genre," ("good style, good attitude" in English), was founded in 1989 by Max Azria and is currently based in Vernon, CA.
